If someone mentioned PAT Testing to your employee, would they know what it meant? Cardonald Training Solutions offers a range of City & Guilds qualifications that will inspect and test them to industry standards delivered by highly qualified and experienced staff.
This qualification is aimed at persons involved in the electrical industry or in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment (e.g. portable appliances). An electrical background would be advantageous.
The training will enable the you to:
- Recognise the construction and classification of electrical equipment
- Consider different types of test equipment, and the merits of each
- Carry out the appliance testing procedure as specified
- Record the results to meet the legal requirements placed on the company.
It is important that you advise us at time of booking of any special requirements and/or arrangements you may need to complete the examination. So that we can advise awarding body in advance.
Duration: 1.5 Days
Cost: £170 (+ £40 course textbook), £45 resit and £50 exam only.
