This flexible course takes candidates through the training cycle and develops skills in planning, designing and delivering training sessions. We will also examine and discuss strategies for identifying individual learning needs and providing support for learners. This award also includes a core unit focusing on Continual Professional Development.

HNC
Entry requirements
Candidates should have training in their job role or be considering training as a career. Candidates must have a reasonable standard of written and spoken English. Potential candidates will be interviewed.
