Course Description
This course offers an introduction to the subject of mental health and mental illness. It looks at the history of how society has viewed mental illness and how this has affected present day views. There is a study of the causes of mental illness as well as ways of promoting mental well-being.
Daytime option - Tuesdays 9.15am to 11.15am (18 weeks)
Evening option - Tuesdays 6.30pm to 9.30pm (12 weeks)
