This course is for people working as supervisors or managers in a care agency/organisation and is also suitable for experienced practitioners who wish to become supervisors. It will appeal to those interested in professional development and can be used for registration purposes in certain sectors of care provision.

- Managing client protection
- Supervision.
Successful students can go onto study a degree in Social Sciences at university or take up first-line management posts as a senior care worker or team leader.
