This course is designed to educate you about safer moving techniques and the legislation surrounding moving and handling at work. The aim is to reduce the incidence of back related injuries and ailments.

- Legislation on Moving and Handling
- Risk assessments
- Anatomy of spine
- Ergonomics and movement
- Safer moving techniques.
