The objective of this course is to develop a good understanding of the various initiatives/projects in Scotland to improve health and wellbeing.

You will consider the barriers to a healthy diet, and be able to use your knowledge of food and health to improve the food provision in a variety of care settings.

You will explored the needs and expectations of other course participants; the relationship between food and health; barriers to eating a healthy diet; consequences of eating habits on health; influences on food choices in the completed food diary forms.
